100 + giveaway + africa

this is my 100th blog post.
i didn't think i would keep blogging -- but i seem to like sending my random thoughts out into thin air -- or maybe i should say internet air.

my 100th blog post is going to be short, because i can't concentrate on writing as i am too enthralled with one of my favorite movies of all time...
twister

jon and i had the "twister" experience when we were in orlando -- at universal studios i think--
it was also quite fun --though not a good picture taking experience -- can you see the twister in the picture?

-- because 100 is a number to be celebrated -- i think i will do one more giveaway -- i don't know what i am going to giveaway yet, but it will have something to do with the number "100" -- winner will be chosen on monday -- to enter --
1. leave a comment telling what you would like to have "100" of -- don't just say money people -- boring...
2.  subscribe to our blog -- for a double entry --

i am still working on posting jon's africa photos, but here are a few more

now, i gotta go...

  1. I love that movie as well!! Ranks right up there with "Day After Tomorrow". :-) If I could, I would love to have 100 days to travel through Europe and the Mediterranean with Nick; to experience the culture, food, sites and time to enjoy each stop along the way.

  3. I would just like to say that I am in l*o*v*e with the pink & brown giraffe/cheetah print background of your blog! :)

(I think I have to post this as "anonymous" because I don't have any of the profile options, but anonymity is weird so I must add that this is Jessi Rub ... and will you please design my next party invitations?! Haha!)

  4. I love Twister. I remember when I was younger, I use to watch that everyday for the entire summer and still didn't get tired of it.

  7. I was checking out some of the music that you have posted and I have to say that Breathe Me by Sia is one of the most fav's that I have on my iPod! If anyone listens to Sirius Satellite Radio, the Chill channel is the best one to listen to for music like this.
